Making A Purchase We accept orders by , fax, phone, post, and here online! Our contact details are given above.

To order online, just click on the Add to Cart button next to any art that you wish to buy. To complete your order click on Checkout and you will be asked for your name, address, and payment details as needed. Your order is sent when you press the Finish button at the end of the order form. You can check, change or cancel your order by clicking View Cart.

Please note that our couriers require a contact telephone number for delivery outside the UK and your order risks delay if you omit this.

We accept Visa Mastercard / Eurocard American Express Switch Maestro, Electron, Money Orders in UK pounds and cheques (checks) in UK pounds payable to "The Book Palace" and sent to the address below.

If shopping from outside the UK: your credit/debit/charge card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We bill in UK Pounds (£). The US dollar ($) and euro (€) prices shown are for guidance and based on £1 = $2.00 and £1 = €1,30 approximately. Delivery Schedule We despatch your order right away. You will normally receive your art within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 business days.
Back Orders In the very unlikely event that your art is unavailable, we will advise you and back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using industry standard SSL 128 bit encryption (look for the golden key or golden padlock at the bottom of your browser). They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us and all of our art and prints come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Just return the art in its original condition for a prompt refund.
Privacy Policy We keep your details confidential and do not disclose customer information to third parties, except delivery details to couriers and payment details to banks! Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
